As you bring the beauty of Tuscany into your home with Robbie Shackelford artworks and products, you may have some questions about purchasing, items, or our processes. Here are some of our more frequently asked questions.

Have a different question not answered here? You can reach out to us via the contact page.

Reproductions, Products and Posters

  • Giclee is a professional photographic and printing process for creating high quality reproductions of artworks at archival quality. A select number of original paintings by Robbie Shackelford have been carefully reproduced using this method and are available for purchase via the shop.

The method uses a Epson K3 Ultrachrome HD wide gamut archival quality inks on 100% cotton textured fine art paper. The canvas prints include application of a UV-light protective and scratch resistant coating.

  • Art products - including clothing, stationary, A4 paper prints, and homewares - are made to order and shipped to your address.

The majority of products are made in the United States of America and Europe, with our supplier selecting the closest warehouse to your destination. Occasionally, different locations are used, for example some orders being sent to Australia may be printed and sent from Australia.

  • The paper posters are an affordable way to bring a piece of Italy into your home as they are a standard A4 size, 21 x 30 cm (approx. 8.26 x 11.8 inches).

Printed on matte-finish paper sourced from Japan with a thickness of 0.26mm. Shop the A4 Paper Poster here.

Original Artworks and Commission Paintings

  • Contact Robbie Shackelford via the Contact Page or via DM on instagram to discuss ordering a commission painting.

For example, you may choose to have your own version painted for you of the villa entrance, or a special work from a photo that is in the style of Robbie Shackelford's commission works.

Once the details are determined, the team will arrange for payment and propose a suggested timeline for completion.

  • Commission Paintings are primarily priced according to canvas size. Prices may increase for the inclusion of special details, number of changes from the original and other factors that will be determined and priced before work begins.

    As a reference: 2.54cm = 1 in and 6.452cm squared = 1 inch squared

For example, a small canvas in Italy is usually sized 90 x 40 cm (or 35.4 in x 15.7 in)
